Entry fees are only $100.00 per male or female team with unlimited entries for high schools, middle schools,.and USATF clubs. The elite All American Championship is limited to 10 athletes per team. You
may enter the remainder of your team into the appropriate division of
your choice (e.g., Small School/JV race or Large School race). Due to
NHS Federation rules, middle school teams may only race in the Middle
School races.
College team entries are only $100 per male or female team with a maximum of 12 athletes per team. Unattached collegiate individuals may also enter for $10 per athlete. Collegiate athletes may compete in the collegiate races or in the USATF Trak Shak All Comers & Coaches Challenge Open 3K race.
The high school team races will be sanctioned by the National Federation of State High School Associations (NFSHSAA). Teams must be members of their state's Association in order to enter. Each race will have unique medals for the top 25 runners and special awards for the top 3 teams. Please note that for middle school races sanctioning rules require us to limit these races to 7th and 8th graders. 9th graders may also enter middle school races if the 9th grade is housed in the same building as the 7th and 8th grades at the middle school. No 6th grader may compete on a team.
Individuals and USATF Club teams may ONLY compete in the USATF sanctioned age appropriate races. The Trak Shak All Comers and Coaches Challenge Open 3K race is for individuals only and will be sanctioned by USATF. Awards for the Youth Races will be by USATF age classifications. Entry fee for these races is $10.00 per person or $100 per USATF Club Team.

Oct. 3 – Deadline for editing High School and Middle School team rosters.

Oct. 7 – Trak Shak Coaches Challenge and All Comers 3K Open individual online entries.
Oct. 8 – Trak Shak Coaches Challenge and All Comers 3K Open individual on site entries.
